In Karnataka, it has become a requirement to have a Land Podi prepared before buying or selling any agricultural land. The Land Podi document provides a detailed breakdown of the survey numbers into smaller sub-divisions, making it easier for potential buyers and sellers to understand the land’s boundaries and demarcations.

After verifying your documents, we will apply for either Tatkal podi or regular podi. Once your application is approved, revenue department officials (ADLR, surveyor, etc.) will inspect your land and prepare a detailed report of its extent for the specific survey number. They will mark your boundary, and the local tahsildar will assign a new hissa or a survey number.
